The Guild is proud to announce a donation of $1,500 to the Monongalia County Child Advocacy Center, made possible through the success of our Fall Quilt Walk & Auction.
Thanks to the generosity of our participants, bidders, and dedicated guild members, this fundraiser allowed us to support an organization that provides critical services and advocacy for children and families in our community. Every stitch, step, and bid helped turn creativity and craftsmanship into meaningful support for a worthy cause.
We are grateful to everyone who contributed their time, talent, and enthusiasm to make this event a success. Together, our quilting community continues to show how handmade art can make a real difference.
We are thrilled to announce the success of our recent quilt auction, which raised over $1,800 for Rosenbaum Family House! Thanks to the generosity of our community, these funds will support the vital work of providing comfort and care to families in need. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who participated and helped make this event such a meaningful success!
We wrapped up our Quilts Art Walk Mini-Quilt Charity Auction on October 14th. The 19 Mini-Quilts that we made brought in $701! After we subtract the cost to the auction service, that yields $571 for Main Street Morgantown. We had a couple of donations wherein folks rounded up their totals, so we will be sending Main Street Morgantown nearly $600. See all the beautiful quilts we featured here!
