At North Elementary, we assisted with a fun and engaging quilting program for 4th and 5th graders, where students learned basic sewing techniques and creative design skills. Through hands-on projects, they explored patterns, color combinations, and teamwork while crafting their own quilt pieces. The program fostered creativity and patience, and several students even had their quilts featured in the Monongalia County Fair, showcasing their hard work and talent to the community.
