The Country Roads Quilt Guild is proud to announce our annual Charity Quilt Walk and Auction will benefit the Mon County Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace! With the motto of “No kid sleeps on the floor in our town!” Sleep in Heavenly Peace has a simple but meaningful mission: to build and provide beds for children in our community who don’t have a bed of their own. To date, the Mon County Chapter has delivered over 500 beds to local families. We are honored to support an organization doing such important work for children and families right here in our community. 

Beginning in October, quilts generously donated by members of the Country Roads Quilt Guild will brighten the storefronts of local businesses throughout downtown Morgantown and beyond. Our longtime partner Joe R. Pyle will host the online auction, with bidding concluding in early November. Every dollar raised through the auction will go directly to support the Mon County Chapter of Sleep in Heavenly Peace and its mission to ensure that no child in our community has to sleep on the floor.
