Typists Here’s our schedule for newsletter production. It’s impossible to plan so far ahead so don’t feel obligated if something comes up making it hard to do it on your designated month. We can be flexible — just let someone know. We try to mail the newsletters on the Wednesday of the week before the meeting. The Newsletter Deadline is usually the Friday before they are mailed (13 days before the meeting). If you need an earlier deadline please send that date to the person doing the previous month’s newsletter.
